We're so excited to shine our spotlight on four of our incredible CMMS custodians this month: Patti Boone, Emily Maguire-Watkins, Steph Grieb, and Tammy Andrus!
These four have been nothing short of amazing, always demonstrating their expertise and dedication. With several vacant positions, they've gone above and beyond to pick up the extra work, ensuring that CMMS remains impeccably clean. Their commitment and teamwork have been invaluable, and we're incredibly grateful for their hard work and unwavering commitment to keeping our school looking its absolute best!
The mission of the Keystone Central Education Support Professionals is to:
Advocate for fair wages, safe working conditions, and professional respect for all support staff.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and the community to ensure the highest quality support for students.
Provide a strong, unified voice for education support professionals across the district.
Promote professional development, equity, and dignity in every role—from classroom aides to custodial staff, food service workers to paraprofessionals.
Together, we support the foundation of public education and help every student succeed.
Empowering every support professional to thrive—so every student can succeed.
We envision a future where all education support professionals in the Keystone Central School District are respected, well-supported, and fully empowered to contribute to student achievement and school success. Through advocacy, unity, and professional excellence, we strive to create inclusive, safe, and high-functioning learning environments for all.
Since its official certification on June 30, 1980, the Keystone Central Education Support Professionals (KCESP) has been the voice for the invaluable support staff within the Keystone Central School District. Initially known as the Keystone Central School Service Personnel Association before its 2005 name change, KCESP represents essential non-teaching employees like paraprofessionals, custodians, and food service workers. As a proud part of the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA), KCESP works tirelessly to advocate for fair wages, safe workplaces, professional respect, and career advancement, all of which are crucial to fostering a thriving educational environment and ensuring student success.
